When playing Flag Survival, you agree that you will not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or cheats to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the game or its servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, sound effects, music, and software code within Flag Survival are the property of MindGrid Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our explicit permission.

5. Advertisements

Flag Survival is provided to you for free and does not contain In-App Purchases. To support the development of the game, we display third-party advertisements. MindGrid Studio is not responsible for the products, services, or content featured in these third-party advertisements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MindGrid Studio makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App, its compatibility with your device, or that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindGrid Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
